Open source📞Последние несколько недель в ланкийских гостиных все чаще слышны русские голоса, отвечающие по телефону на вопросы инвесторов. Что случилось? Не буду строить из себя аналитика. Про Шри-Ланку, кажется, уже всё понятно - страна на любителя, инфраструктура для инвесторов (девелоперы, брокеры, юристы, консультанты, УК и тд) слабая или отсутствует, вход низкий, но готовые инвестиционные продукты нужно искать с лупой, да и риски по-прежнему высокие. С другой стороны, там где риски там ириски более высокая доходность. Но оживление инвесторов вызвано не этим. Внимание финансовых акул привлекли взаимоотношения в паре «российский рубль и шри-ланкийская рупия». С момента начала заварушки вокруг Ормузского канала, рупия по понятным причинам значительно ослабела, а рубль по непонятным причинам немного окреп. В итоге, те кто собирался приобрести активы на Острове покупают их дешевле или за те же деньги берут больше. Повторюсь, я не аналитик и не специалист по взаимоотношениям в парах, особенно в таких странных как «российский рубль и шри-ланкийская рупия», поэтому выводы из этой информации делайте самостоятельно. Основной вопрос для тех, кто решит воспользоваться ситуацией, заключается в том, что воспользоваться ей смогут, только те кто умеет быстро и легально превращать российские рубли в шри-ланкийские рупии либо те кто заблаговременно пополнил свои долларовые кошелёчки в ланкийских банках и теперь может дать фору всем остальным.
